We are kicking off our monthly educational speaker events beginning with Men’s Health.
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Camilleri as our special guest speaker for an educational presentation on prostate cancer and the role of the PSA blood test in screening for prostate cancer.
A lifelong parishioner of St. Rita’s, Dr. Camilleri grew up in Hamden and attended Hamden High School and Trinity College before earning his medical degree from New York Medical College, where he also completed his urology residency.
Dr. Camilleri practiced urology in the New Haven and Hamden area for 30 years before retiring in early 2022. We are delighted to welcome our fellow parishioner to share his knowledge and experience on this important health topic.
This presentation will offer an opportunity to learn more about prostate cancer, understand the role of PSA testing in screening, and become better informed about prostate health and conversations to have with your healthcare provider.
